Caroline Mooney (Over the Moon - Marriage Celebrant)

I am a marriage celebrant based in the Wellington region. I actively service the Wellington/Wairarapa/Kapiti areas, but am always happy to travel further afield. I create ceremonies which bring all the feels, and feel honoured to be involved in the special days of all couples I work with. I am a proud ally of the LGBTQI+ community, and love celebrating love!
